Since 2004, at the helm of Puglia Termica, there have been the two brothers Francesco and Antonio, sons of Giovanni Scialpi who founded this company in 1986. A crucial generational transition that entrusts the company to a leadership ready to pursue new managerial goals, while maintaining the solid foundation of the paternal entrepreneurial tradition.
Francesco Scialpi was born in 1974 and is responsible for the administrative and commercial direction of the company. He oversees the economic, fiscal, and financial management of the business. Francesco selects suppliers to offer an innovative product catalog, develops targeted action plans to define sales force incentive policies with strategic and operational guidance to the sales network.
Antonio Scialpi was born in 1980. He is responsible for managing company processes, organizational development, and the enhancement of human resources. He heads the logistics department and oversees all activities aimed at technological innovation, which are strategic for the development and competitiveness of the company.

THE COMPANY IS FOUNDED
Giovanni Scialpi establishes the first company headquarters, covering an area of 600 square meters in Martina Franca. The business starts with the resale at the counter to plumbers in the city and the surrounding areas.
FIRST DELIVERIES
In 1995, the company purchases its first van to make deliveries in the nearby areas, once a week. The year 1998 marks the birth of the first Puglia Termica catalog, a small booklet with black and white pages.
NEW LEADERSHIP
Francesco and Antonio Scialpi take the helm of the company. Puglia Termica continues to grow, relocating to a new facility spanning 10,000 square meters, and its deliveries now reach across the entire region of Puglia.
TARGET: ITALY
These years mark the evolution of the brand throughout Italy. Since 2008, the company has been able to reach the entire national territory.
BIG NEWS
The company is experiencing rapid growth. In 2012, the first WMS software is installed for logistics organization. In 2014, the branch in Modugno is established. In 2021, SAP S/4 Hana is implemented, an advanced ERP system to manage all business processes in an integrated and innovative manner.

Today, at Puglia Termica, the numbers speak for themselves: 185 employees, over 36.000 items ready for delivery, 28.000 square meters of covered space, and a turnover of €134.000.000. The company's fleet is also expanding, now boasting 45 owned vehicles, including the recent acquisition of 19 new Eurocargo vehicles.
Headquarters
The company’s headquarters have always been in the city of Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto. With a spacious area dedicated to offices, a logistics area, and a sales counter with seven stations serving customers, the Puglia Termica headquarters in Martina Franca is now a national reference point in the thermohydraulic sector.
The facility spans over 51.000 square meters, of which 21.000 square meters are covered.
Branch of Modugno
The Puglia Termica branch in Modugno was established in 2014, located in the province of Bari. Positioned in one of the most active and growing areas in the Apulia region, it has become a strategic hub for the company’s operations over the years. With dedicated office space, an extensive warehouse, and a large retail area with six carefully designed stations, the Modugno Branch covers an area of 3.000 square meters under roof.
